The above named client (hereafter Client), in exchange for services provided by ABC Computer Data Recover, Inc. (hereafter ABC Computer Data
Recovery), agrees to the following terms:
Client understands that ABC Computer Data Recovery can not guarantee a successful recovery of any data, and that ABC Computer Data Recovery
is in no way liable if unable to successfully recover Client’s data, nor is ABC Computer Data Recovery responsible for the condition of the data upon
completion of any recovery. Client agrees that ABC Computer Data Recovery will not be held liable if ABC Computer Data Recovery is unsuccessful in
recovering all the Client’s data as described in the “Data Needed” section of the Media Information Section. Client understands and agrees that ABC
Computer Data Recovery is not responsible for failing to recover data which was not specified by Client in the “Data Needed” section of the Media
Information Section. ABC Computer Data Recovery assumes no liability for damage to client’s property during shipment to or from ABC Computer
Data Recovery, or for uninsured shipments.
Services: No data – No charge
Regular Service – Diagnostics – No Charge There will be a charge on return US Postal shipping of $15.00 and $45.00 for FedEX overnight.
Recovery Fee - $100 hourly (3-13 hours or $300-$1300) 3-5 day turnaround time
Priority Service – Diagnostics - $250.00 Recovery Fee – Flat price of $1500 with 24 hour turn around (depends on condition of media)
Weekend Service (after 2:00PM Friday) Diagnostic Fee - $350 and flat rate recovery fee of $1850
RAID I- Diagnostic Fee- $250.00 Recovery Fee - $ 125.00 hourly (10-15 hours)
RAID – Diagnostics - $250.00 (per drive) Recovery Fee - $150 hourly (12-30 hours) 3-6 day turnaround (depends on condition of media)
CD, DVD, Diskettes, Smart – No diagnostics fee – Recovery Fee- $175 for regular and $225 for Priority Service -$15 for return shipping
Forensics – Diagnostics and recovery prep - $175.00 Recovery Fee - $150 hourly (4-13 hours)
